I know (or think) that for bulking that you need 19+ calories per lean body weight. How low could you go and still have steady results, say over a three or four week cut? I worry that if you drop below 10 your metabolism will slow down and lose too much muscle.
 
Multiply goal weight in kg X 33 kcal = target calorie intake.
 
Also get your calories, carbs, protein from good food. No processed emty
carbs. Make the food you eat count.
 
as SantiagoMuscle mentioned ... for sure increase you protein intake

i dont think your metabolism will slow down enough to start to loose muscle

You should be increasing activity or activity intensity before you do anything to your diet.

Once you stop making progress then you tweak your diet.
