Just a quick pic of where I am at, currently around 219 lbs. I just started the ULTIMATE Diet 2.0 so will see how that goes, start my carb up tomorrow night!

Also I won't be doing show in May, plan is to cut down for anther 7 weeks now and then maintainance for 2 weeks then go into a lean bulk carb cycling plan focusing on size and powerlifting. Will keep cardio in though.

I am currently just taking 250mg of test E a week and e/c. I am hoping the mega carb load will do me good
