oh ok, you should get some liver protectant or get blood work, those are pretty harsh on the liver... I like the cosmetic affects of winstrol, but it dries the shit out of my joints, so I only go for the last month or so and only the milk...

Yea me to after 50mg a day for 4 weeks my elbows feel like ground glass.

could always add a beta-2 fatburner, ( hate clen, i prefer albuterol+alpha yohimbe)

into your stack first thing am before a small cardio session (id take at least some of my winny with this as well if you do plan on the cardio fasted.)
like tenny said consider moving your oatmeal so you can have carbs around your workout ( id like mine before but up to you)
