Cutting up for Photo shoot in 2 weeks...

I would like to get advice from some of the bodybuilders on here on how to cut up pre contest in terms of training, diet, etc. I'm currently about 6'2 208 prob like 11% BF, maybe lower, never really measured. I am doing my first modeling shoot and want to look my best so I can break into the industry. I'm real lean as is, got the muscle and size, all I need is the abs, and to drop a little BF.


A buddy gave me some water pills called "Dry" by NX Labs and another friend gave me something called "Demadex."


I have 2 weeks before the shoot. Any advice?
 
At this point you cant do much other than drop a little fluid and maybe 3 or 4 lbs of bodyfat. Only thing you could do is cardio up the ass, drop the carbs down, and try and shed a little fluid the last few days. But if your not seeing good abs at this point, it's not going to be that dramatic of a change. There is a reason bodybuilders with good abs diet/cardio 12-20 wks for a competition

If you aren't trying to make it to a certain weight class for a competition (obviously you aren't) it would be much better to be at 11% big and full, than to do something drastic in 2 weeks and take you down to 9% while being flat and having that "tired and worn out" look.

If you really wanted to impress them, you would've been shredded by now. not much you can do in 2 weeks.

We have pretty much the same stats. For 2 weeks, you can drop BF, but IMO you will drop some muscle. Try this week one 4 low carb days, then 3 moderate carbs, do the same for week 2. Keep protein at 300-400grams, and drop your calories aprox, 250-500 per day. I don't know your metabolism, but this works for me.

If you are really at 11%, I don't see getting down to 6-8% in two weeks without losing some mass. Sounds like your timing is off about two weeks. Four weeks would be better. Can you reschedule your shoot?
