I am thinking of giving this a try when I'm done with my current bulker in Jan. and I could use some feedback on my plan.
Train AM 3 days per week, 12iu Humalog post workout, 300g carbs 120g protein 12g fat total in the next 4 hours. The rest of the day would be proteins and fats with 9 to 12 grams of fiberous carbs total.
Off days would be Cardio in the AM, no slin, and 160 to 200g of carbs spread out thru the day.
I will be running 750mg Test cyp, 500mg Tren E, 600mg EQ, t-3 at 75mcg ed, and 3iu gh ed.
Does this seem solid, or am I way off base here?
