I've cut like that before for wresting from 190 to 165 in a few days especially the last day i cut about 8lbs of water weight but i felt a little weaker how does this translate over into powerlifting. I gave up wrestling cause i wanted to compete at 198 raw in maryland and im about 30lbs away from the record at 205 so i cant really gain wait and i would still need to cut weight without losing too much strength... or is it not that bad once you bloat back up. I guess im just asking should i expect to not hit as high on my maxes when i cut?
