Cutting with DNP: Cycle Plan, Diet, and Stack Advice

Truth to be told no one NEEDS PEDs in general besides TRT after a certain age, unless they make a living out of sports and/or bb. But here we are, trying to improve ourselves using the tools that we have at our disposal.

The only downside, albeit a serious one, with dnp is that the adequate and killer dosages are too close together. It's a use with extreme caution drug. If one has common sense (rare I know) and doesn't have the more is better mentality dnp is fine.

That's a pretty big downside (dying), not to mention the sides, when all is needed to accomplish the goal is what is said in post 9.

Actually that's what I was thinking.

I thought about 1 month of DNP and then 1 month on T3 with clen + ketotifen or only 2 weeks of clen by it self.
Dave Palumbo has been saying for the longest time now that clen keeps working after the 2 week point even if you don't feel the unwanted sides

200mg of DNP per day is not dangerous imo.

I still think a really good and fast way to lose fat would be follow UD2.0 days 1-3. This would remove the carb load days. Add in 200mg of DNP per day.

It would be absolutely torture due to the depletion workouts and adding in the DNP. I have not done this but I have done the traditional UD2.0 with the carb loads.

I am too soft to try what I suggested as the depletion days on the traditional UD2.0 are already extremely brutal.

Thanks this is helpful information.

It appears that whether there is a net increase or reduction in oxidative stress is a function of the amount of uncoupling performed by the DNP (i.e., its dose). At low levels of uncoupling the mitochondrial membrane potential is lowered which reduces the "backpressure" that favors electron leak from complexes I and III. As electron leak is one of the main sources of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in mitochondria, mild uncoupling can reduce reactive ion species (ROS) production.

At higher doses, DNP drives hypermetabolism where the cells burn through more substrates and oxygen to try to make up for inefficient ATP production. This accelerates electron flow and metabolic turnover, which can in turn raise ROS levels. Additionally, ATP depletion stresses cells, impairs antioxidant defenses, and can worsen oxidative damage.

Thus at low doses (I don't know how low), DNP can actually reduce ROS, and at higher doses (don't know how high) it can increase ROS. In either case, running glutathione seems like a good idea.

This paper covers this pretty well: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6468406/

Well, I wouldn't say that it was 1.2g per day.
It was a 10 day cycle which was 2 days on 200mg then 2 days 400 and increasing the dose until day 10 which was 1.2g and then it was the end of the cycle.

I didn't eat any carbs or fats in order not to die of the heat and still I couldn't sleep in the last 2 nights because it was so hot..

But like I said, I am not supporting it even tho I did it and now I'm taking things easy, trying to enjoy the "marathon" instead of suffering the "sprint"

1.2g dnp, you don't use aas, and you think a small defect and a ton of dnp is the marathon and the 2 things you aren't doing, eating right and moving, are a sprint? To me this is backwards. You are going to ignore the advice you've been given and listen to the few that think you taking dnp is reasonable regardless...I can relate i don't listen...but I don't think your going to like the long term results are at worst hurt yourself.

I usually don't think anyone needs a coach...I think hiring a coach would be the best decision you could make. You need someone to tell you what to do so you jist listen...just my 02

Yeah his approach is just completely irresponsible and reckless, and he’s ignored pretty much all reasonable advice and only acknowledged the ones that fit the plan he’s probably going to do regardless of what anyone says, so why even make the thread to begin with?

20% bf, and 1.2g DNP a day tells you everything you need to know about OPs mentality. This approach just isn’t sustainable, and as soon as he stops he’s going to put the fat right back on if he’s not going to fix the core issues that made him fat to begin with. That’s just the honest truth. This won’t end well. He’ll probably start at 200mg DNP a day and next thing you know he’s back up to 1g+ a day

I’ve run DNP and it was highly effective, but you look and feel like shit on it, you’re flat but also waterlogged and bloated, and a lot of people try to overcompensate for the bloat and water retention by doing stupid shit like upping the dose or adding other drugs, or even worse—adding diuretics. That’s when shit goes south fast

Agree. Using a glp to go from 20% to 12% is like Using an axe to open an amp. Using DNP is like Using a jackhammer. All that's needed is a little pen cap, if not just a thumb.

Do people actually read on here. Before I go into what I mean by that I have already stated the OP needs to diet and not think about drugs and if anything a low dose of a GLP drug might be the best "fat loss drug" to use over anything else. How he should gradually lose body fat because no one needs strong drugs at 20% body fat and no muscle. If he wants to add something stronger in later on it could be an option. However why are guys going on about him being stupid and wanting to take 1.2g DNP. He already stated he done that in the past and whilst it was effective he felt like complete shit and he won't do it again. He is not planning to do that now. He has already stated he plans to do 200mg DNP ED or EOD. It should go without stating he was very stupid to use 1.2g DNP in the past and under no circumstances should anyone ever run that dose because it's very dangerous. 1200mg or 200mg DNP ED are two entirely different things.

Why is using a GLP drug like using an axe to open an amp? Generally speaking GLP drugs are probably most effective for fat people who can't control their food cravings and can't stick to a diet. Just because you can diet and be 8% for whatever reason some people can't. I am not stating that is a good or bad thing but merely the truth and why there are millions of fat people globally. There are millions of people trying to lose weight unsuccessfully and there are a variety of reasons for that. Maybe the OP isn't one of them and he might not have an issue he is just being a bit lazy but so what.

People ask specific questions for a reason so sometimes we can't just say you just need to diet bro. Someone asks about using AAS to grow muscle because he is skinny...just eat more bro it's that simple. Instead of stating the obvious why not try to help people with their actual questions and if you think they are wrong explain why that is. Trust me I also think it's ridiculous someone will use that much DNP and not use any AAS and be posting on professional muscle with minimal muscle.

OP have you started dieting now? I mean before you add in any drugs. Do you have the drugs you mention on hand or do you plan to get them? I personally wouldn't bother until you have dieted naturally for awhile then you could add them in. Have you had blood work done recently? I don't see the need in using T3 unless you medically need it. Have you had thyroid blood work done before? Regarding DNP there is no time limit and the dose is an important factor but I personally see nothing wrong with using it for 4-8 weeks at a low dose. Many prefer to use it in short cycles and run it off/on like that which is also a good approach.

The most important thing is why are you 20%? What is your diet like? It is complete shit or do you just overeat a small amount and that has added up over a long time. Do you train hard? Are you in/out of the gym? Any vices? You really need to address the psychology behind why you have got into this situation. Will you only diet if using drugs? Have you lost any body fat recently off drugs? What is your long term goal? Are you a serial yoyo dieter? The majority of DNP users are and they constantly go forwards and backwards. If you were to do this naturally and stick to a consistent plan and get lean then add some drugs to get shredded you are much more likely to stay in good condition.

Finally, someone actually read what I wrote. I got a bit tired of people judging and saying things like “1.2g DNP a day tells you everything about OP’s mentality.”
It should be obvious from what I said that I’ve already done it and I have no interest in doing it again.

As for those claiming “he’s just a bro who will keep pushing the dose to 400 > 600 > 800,” the truth is the opposite. All I want is to minimize side effects, take it easy, and if I do feel side effects I’ll lower the dose to EOD.

Regarding your question: yes, I’m dieting without any issues. In fact, being on a diet makes life easier for me. It keeps my mind organized, saves me time deciding what to eat, and helps me stay focused on reaching my goals.

I used to run PSMF with no cheat meals and only strict refeeds, and I handled it fine. But I don’t want to make that kind of sacrifice anymore. Like I said, I prefer a slower, more moderate approach with a small deficit and low DNP dosage.

I train hard, four times a week on a push/pull/legs split, lifting heavier each session. Progress is steady and I’ve got everything planned out months ahead.

My current diet is 2g protein, 0.8g fat, and 5g carbs per kg, plus around 200 extra calories to keep building strength and muscle until I cut. I also get about 35g of fiber.

Every 10 days I adjust my menu based on weight and measurements. If my waist grows, I know it’s fat. If my shoulders grow, it’s usually muscle.

The reason I ended up at a higher body fat percentage is because I had to sacrifice training for the sake of building my business. Now that I’m back, my mindset is different. This time, I’m ready to run the marathon, not take things to the extreme. I want to keep it safe, steady, and sustainable.

And yes, I did get, well, will get the supplements soon.. you probably know where i get them from 😅

You're going to do what you want to do regardless. So I would say do it with safety first. I'm all for supply economy, the right tool for the right job at the right time. And it seems like a lot of tools are trying to be used all at the same time.

Kind of like if someone was going to breach a door. Everyone's amped up to use all these breaching techniques all at one time. So much so that no one even thought to use the simplest and safe way first. Turn the door knob see if it's unlocked.

It took some less than ideal habits for a length of time to get to where you are. It's going to take ideal habits and a length of time to get back out of that hole.

There are plenty of different opinions here, and I’m not looking for people to say “just keep doing what you’re doing, it’s fine.”

In fact, it’s the opposite. I want to learn and correct anything I might be doing wrong.

The issue is that some people jump to conclusions without knowing me, labeling me as this or that.

What’s funny is that most of the comments end up being judgmental, taken out of context, or simply missing the point of what I originally asked in this thread.

That said, I appreciate everyone who took the time to respond, both those who tried to help and those who were more judgmental. I know the intentions behind it are still good.

Not like the long term results meaning your just gonna run all this dnp lose some lbs then what? Bulk back to 20 percent and repeat?

I definitely don't think you need glps either. You say you can stick to a diet but I question this...how did you end up at 20 percent? When I hear that number my first reaction is this person doesn't track calories. I guess my question is...why is your bf so high? Not tracking calories, permabulking to put on size, etc? Even if you were coming off injury or a layoff from training that wouldn't explain it...its a calorie consumption issue.

I get what you’re saying. Sometimes there are factors that aren’t fully in your control, and having an all-or-nothing mindset can actually push you back to 20% body fat or even higher.

The bottom line is that mindset is key. Since mine has shifted, I no longer swing between extremes of doing everything or nothing at all. Now I see it as a marathon.
even if life throws obstacles my way, I’ll keep things moderate and steady rather than going to extremes.

That’s how I’ll make sure I don’t end up back at 20%+.

So sounds like you were bulking and landed at 20 percent then realized it wasn't good? We're you tracking calories or just eating to get "huge'?

idk about that boss
Exactly my point

Most do not know about that

Instead the tendency is to worry about losing muscle from taking t3

Meanwhile you are taking in 200 to 400 grams of protein a day and shooting grams of gear weekly

IFBB pros run 200 mcg t3 daily

Have not really noticed any lack of muscle size on an IFBB stage lately
