How much you using? Are u putting on any excess fat?I'm just using it in the morning before my big breakfast. It helps me stay full while I'm on this mini diet and it gives me more stamina in the gym. Also helps to give the pancreas a bit of a break..

I may have been using to much. Idk I did carbs with 4 meals of my six and no carbs before bed I was lean but not like I am now. My diet wasnt prefect either. I enjoy a good burger or two lol that's my fault4 or 5ius and I've lost weight. My diet is pretty clean and most of my carbs are eaten pre and post workout.

I mean if used L-carnitine before with fasted cardio and also before bed but not with slin. I would just be scared to go hypo without carbs running slin.Lol research L-carnitine or do a search on this board for it.

2. Depends on your insulin sensitivity, my very first day or two I get the shakes at the end of my 30 min. LISS cardio session. I have my breakfast already made so I eat as soon as I get off the treadmill, a few day in on this routine I can take a shower first then eat without feeling bad.
