Great list. I like monitoring SED rate for inflammation as a blood marker. You can have normal HSCRP and still have inflammation in the blood.

Imagining- PET imaging can give a bit more detail in findings. But the ones you listed will work fine and be great baselines.

Not directly related, but I think an Echo should be a staple as well to monitor EF, screen for hypertrophy and overall heart integrity.

You could explore different types of inflammatory markers that are closely associated with CVD -GlycA, oxidized LDL, asymmetric dimethylarginine, pentraxin-3, GDF-15, myeloperoxidase and galectin-3.

From the last cardiologist i spoke he recommended getting a stress echo as opposed to just an echocardiogram as he said echo's and stress tests done separately were a waste of time. Seeing how the heart functions after being stressed makes sense to me.

Most important indicator is LP(a). It's the primary marker of what your genetics dictate as far as CVD risk you have. Sure, diet and drugs alter that by a factor and if abused (drugs) or neglected (diet) you increase the risk, but with a low floor you have far greater room to play than someone that is genetically predisposed to have poor CVD outcome
