dedicated and serious for 4 years
honestly train, diet and suppliment as hard and smart as I can (basically have devoted my life for the last 4 years to training)
have less than ideal genetics (hence the high bf% and low lean mass)
have tried the gambit of suppliments over the years trying to reach my full natural potential and have made good progress, but my progress has slowed and I tend to just move mass around (example: past 6 months focus on more upperbody made upper gains and lost mass in lower body without changing weight or bf%)
currently 2 1/2 weeks into clenbuterol cycle @ 140mcg/day with minimal sides (if any at this point)
researching my ass off trying to design an ideal cycle for me, as I want to add as much quality mass as I can with minimal sides (water retetion, gyno, etc.).
Not interested in gaining 30lbs on cycle and loosing 15lbs in PCT, I really don't wan't to blow up and make it obvious that I am juicin. Hope to run a cycle that I gain 5-10lbs of lean dry mass and keep it (I realize this is unlikely as it will be my first cycle but that is my goal)
My current best plan is
Weeks 1 -12: 50-75mg Test Prop ED
Weeks 1 -12: 50-75mg Proviron ED
Weeks 10-13: 250 IU HCG ED
Weeks 12-15: 10-20mg Nolvadex ED
I have considered also running Letrozole as part of my PCT
I realize that may be alot of PCT for such a mild cycle but obviously I want to Maximize endo free test levels
I have researed Deca, Equipoise, Tren, Dianabol, Winstrol among others and am not thilled about possible sides (I may be a little paranoid ) In my teens I had mild gyno natually and seemed to always have poor ratio of test/estrogen.
I'm looking for advice from Mods and Vets mostly, but feel free to chime in and keep this bumped for me, thanks in advance.
