Stats: 6’ 208 lbs – 12% bf – 30 years old. This is m fourth cycle and have been lifting since 7th grade.
Goal of cycle is to put on and keep 3+ lbs worth of muscle. PCT has not gone very well in the past and is a serious concern. Protocol for PCT will be 50 mg clomid/day, exemestane or tamox as necessary. In addition, plan to research 2-3 mg IGF1-lr3. (have run both igf1Lr3 and des).
I acknowledge the fact that this cycle is missing HcG but don’t currently have a solid connect for this, if you can assist then please PM me.
Protocol – 8 weeks:
Weeks 1-3 : 50mg dbol per day
Weeks 1-7 : 100 mg Tren Ace EOD
Weeks 1-8 : 500-800 mg test blend per week
Ancillaries:
50 mg Clomid per day (have exemestane on hand as well)
1 mg Caber per week
Support Supps:
Red Yeast Rice
Hawthorne Berry
HCGenerate
Fish Oil
Daily Multi
Melatonin
Whey, Casein, Glutamine
Psyllium Husk at least 3x per week
Have been running this cycle for 3 full weeks as of today and have observed an increased of 16 lbs (up to 224 lbs). Little night sweats (not bad) and impaired cardio, otherwise no sides.
1) Please advise on test dosage
2) Please advise on clomid dosing, am researching this dose throughout the cycle to help avoid cycle rebound.
3) Additionally, have a moderate supply of T3 and was curious if this would be worth running at the end of the cycle with test only. *have not ever researched T3 before.
Example Diet:
Meal 1 - 630am
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup oats or wheat bran
1 handful blueberries
3 cups skim milk
2-3 cups green tea
Meal 2 - 10am
1 apple
8-12 oz venison or chicken
1.5 cup wild rice
Meal 3 : 1230pm
4 eggs with 2 tortillas or 2 slices whole grain bread
*May substitute meal for Subway footlong chicken breast no cheese; depending on schedule
Meal 4 - 330pm
Cliff Bar or 6 oz venison and 1 cup wild rice
Meal 5 - 5pm
1 cup cottage cheese
1 handful trail mix
1 medium yam
Pre WO supps
Meal 6 - 730pm
12-16 oz venison, chicken or fish
4-5 cups veggies
1 cup wild rice or 1 cup oats
