hey guys, was curious as to what everyone thought. this is my 4th cycle. never have got above 800mg total aas on any cycle yet. i like to keep the doses lower.
this time i have thought about running lower doses for longer periods. have always done 10 weekers. was thinking of this
week 1-16: test @ 250mg EW
week 1-15: EW @ 200 mg EW
week 4-8: IGF Lr3 @ 40mcg Workout days only
Week 14-15: winny @ 50 mg ED
and then normal pct with IGF added, and also will keep cals fairly clean. i like one cheat day a week (cheeseburgers, pizza) and keep protein @ 300g and carbs @ 500g daily.
any suggestions or changes? open for lots of critiques......
