Hey whats up guys, I need your opinions on my cycle. I am 23yo 185lbs about 14%bf. ive ran 3 previous cycles. though I havent done a cycle in over 3 years.

My first cycle was pretty simple
500mg test e ew for 12 wks
400mg deca ew for 12 wks
dbol 50mg ed wk 1-4

2nd cycle
drol 50mg wk 1-4
test e 500mg wk 1-12
deca 500mg wk 1-12
win 50mg ed wk 8-12
and igf dont remember dose or length

3rd cycle dont really remember dosages or length but used
test prop
tren a
drol
after 3rd also ran a slin cycle.

this is what im thinking about starting in a couple weeks?
test e 500mg wk 1-10
deca 500mg wk 1-10
win 50mg ed wk 1-4
hcg 500ius twice a week till last test shot
pct nd 40/40/20/20

thought id start of pretty simple again sense i havent ran one in over 3yrs. what do you guys think?

It took you 3 pretty heavy cycles and then another 3 years of training to get to 185lbs at 14% bf? Without your height its hard to say how small that is but still...

Your going to be questioned about your diet/training as something is off.
You'd be better off hiring a trainer instead of spending the money on more drugs.
BTW, I'm not one for deciding when people should cycle, I did my first before this board would have liked and I don't regret it at all...

But as far as your cycle goes the only thing I would change for sure is the HCG. at 500iu a shot your risking long term damage. Everything I read indicates its much safer to do 250iu/shot twice a week. If you really don't see results with that go to 250iu three times a week.
 
my dieting and training was a bit off last year. I was off and on, but plan on sticking to it for now on. when I first started lifting I was 155lbs, a gain of 35lbs in 4 years isnt bad I wouldnt say. oh im 5'10 btw, thanks four the hcg suggestion. Ive heard it both ways, I think your right I should start of lower at 250 twice a week.
 
I started lifting just over a year ago at 150lbs at 6' tall. I'm now 185lbs at a lower bf % than you and only ran one test only cycle at around 400mg/wk. I have terrible genetics for building muscle, been a skinny guy all my life.

I think you have the impression that you need a lot more drugs to make the gains than you really do. If you ran test only at 500mg/wk and eat more and trained smart you'd grow faster than you have been using all those compounds. I'm not saying not to juice, Being a skinny guy myself I know how damn hard it is to put on muscle once your 20lbs over the 150lb your body naturally is. But you don't need to do so much, a little goes a long way.
 
In a little over one year I went from 170 to 235 with lower bf, completely natural. I actually put on about 100lbs then dieted back down to 235 at about 10% bf.

You can do it too bro:)

i would drop the winny and take drol or dbol the first 4 weeks other than that looks pretty solid

Wk1-10 Test E 500mg/wk
...and clean up your diet so you can put on some size.;)
