thinking about my spring/summer cycle..
week 1-8 500mg Testoviron
week 1-4 anavar 40mg ED
week 3-8 Tren 75mg ED
week 1-8 Proviron 50mg ED
week 1-8 Femara 1.25mg ED
week 9 clomid 300/100/50 Nolvadex 20mg ED

goals: LBM gain..not going to contest!
stats: 40yrs old 3rd cycle ever, training 20yrs..5'9" 205lbs, 32 waist..want to go to 30waist and 205-210 lbs

Convince me why you need proviron during the cycle when letrozole is MORE than adequate.

Nolva reduces IGF-1 and I would not do it post cycle as you're trying to speed up recovery. Replace it with anastrozole as it's purported to increase testosterone.
