I appreciate what you guys have to offer. I'm 39 yrs old, 6' 193lbs at 14%BF. I'm still trimming the bf% a bit but I intend to run a stack of 500 test cyp, weekly, 100mcg CJC 1295 with DAC & 300mcg GHRP 2 daily (all for 10wks), with a 40mg Methan kicker for the first 4wks. I'll run .5 of Anastrozole with it. I have proviron and clen on hand. I was thinking of the clen prior to the stack to lean out further or run after to lean out.
I'm looking to clean bulk with low GI carbs but run a 45%carb, 30%fat, 25% protein ratio possibly increase protein depending on quality of gains. I want minimal side effects and bloat so I intend to be super strict on sodium and monitoring sugar closely. This is my first go at peptides, I'm overwhelmed with the array of info and approaches.
As far as training I'm as broken down as an old Mexican mule. My knees and lower back are shit so leg training is minimal. I'm trying to avoid knee surgery so i can't bomb legs. It will mostly be high rep training and moderate weight partial ROM for legs. (yes I know, but I would like to walk going into my fifties)
I hope I've provided enough information to elicit some proper advice. Please let me know if I'm headed in the right direction or if you suggest changes.
