What do you guys think? I'll be 53 soon so I just don't want to do more than a gram of stuff per week. Last summer I was running 500 Test and 400 NPP. Loved it. Dropped the NPP and started EQ but only made it a couple weeks when I got injured. So just dropped everything but Test and my 3IU of GH per day.

This will be my first time ever running EQ for any period of time and also have never ran EQ and NPP together. Summer is coming so just want to get a better look. Not looking to get any bigger anymore. I'll also be taking the 3IU of GH per day also. TIA
 
If you just want a better look and not chasing size like you said, i would just run 500 masteron instead of npp and eq, you will look better and fell better with less sides in my opinion.
 
I would start with one additional compound depending on what you are on right now.
If you want to try eq, go test and eq so you can evaluate how you do with those.

You can add NPP later.

There’s nothing wrong with your proposed cycle though, you could do it that way.

I thought about 600 Test and 400 EQ. I've ran NPP+Test before so I know how I am on that combo. I've just never ran NPP+EQ before. Thanks.

I've got one bottle of Mast E. The sponsor I buy from only has Mast P right now. I don't care to spend the money on the Mast P. Plus I'm not lean enough for that stuff I don't feel.

Seems like a pretty heavy anabolic load for your goals of a better look without getting any bigger. In fact, you could just drop the NPP altogether if you're not looking for any increase in size. And you could cut your test and EQ in half to 250/150 or 250/125 if E2 drops too much. That with a good diet and intense training will get you there.

If you'd like to put on 5 pounds of solid lean mass, your original cycle looks perfect. Or you could switch the doses of the EQ and NPP.
 
stick with 2 compounds one being test and the other a compound of your choosing, id suggest one that is your favorite and feel the best on. just my two cents, you stated you loved NPP, run it again and maybe thro some proviron in at 50mg per day.
 
I loved EQ, but my hematocrit levels climbed higher than I wished for. Loved the way it helped me look and the vascularity was outstanding.
 
You arent a spring chicken. Just take test, its safest.

Mast ain’t going to make you look better than eq no way.

500 mast vs 500 eq the eq will blow the mast out of the water.

And mast has just as sides as any aas do. Prostate hair you just have to pick your poison.
 
Being older & RBC/Hemo something you should be concerned with...I'd keep EQ out of there all together...Test/Mast/Deca or Test/Mast or Test/Mast/Primo...run mast 1/3-1/2 the test dosage & You'll feel great, be tight & RBC should stay incheck longer

I've only coached a couple guys over 50, but I basically only ever had them on test and primo, with some low dose GH. maybe a bit of deca because it helps their joints (like 100-150mg that's all). Def keep under 1 gram.

most importantly, if summer is coming up and you want to look better, get lean!!!
 
Eq and NPP/deca can be kind of a mindfuck for some due to the effects on dopamine, gaba, serotonin, and other neuro systems

If you’ve never run eq before, and your goal is to look good for summer, I’d probably just do the test/eq personally

Or like others said—test and some gh should be plenty for your goals. Just keep it simple

I keep an eye on all that. I know last year when I was running 500 Test and 400 Npp my red blood cell, hematocrit and hemoglobin were just slightly elevated.

I really appreciate your advice. I know you know your stuff. But I will never be lean. Its not the strict eating per se that bothers me. I just cannot starve myself and I can't spend 2 hrs a day doing cardio. I don't have the time. Plus I like being bigger more than I want to have a 6 pack. I have a friend who hasn't eaten fast food in over 10 years. Fuck that. I like to live. He does stay lean though. Veiny arms is enough for me. Ha ha.

That's what I am hoping to get. How "high" was too "high"? How far out of range? For instance last summer when I was running 500 Test and 400 Npp. My Hematocrit was slightly elevated. Range on the test was "38.5%-50%". Well mine was 55.3%. So it was elevated but not by a lot.

I think I'm just gonna run the Test/EQ. Like I said I've never ran EQ before so I'm just gonna do that with the Test. We'll see how it goes.
I’m 54 and running 600 test 300 eq
I started less than two months ago. but I started with 600 test 400 eq worked up to 800 test 600 eq. Then back down to what I’m at right now. And I will stay at this dose till the end.

My blood work right before I start my hemoglobin was 17.2 highest can be is 17.1 so I wasn’t worried. My hematocrit was 50.5 which is in range

I only worry with the eq was the anxiety. Because I take med for anxiety. And the few times I’ve tried eq the anxiety was bad. BUT this time I said I’m not going to entertain the anxiety part. Because way back in the days it was not a side. Ever since people started saying it caused anxiety now everyone thinks they get anxiety.

And so far no anxiety at all. Along with the Reta I’m very lean and now veins are coming out that I’m like wtf and it’s just the beginning. I don’t like being this lean either I do like that I have abs and every time you take your shirt off everyone has to look. Man and female. But I like being bulked up. But surprisingly everyone that knows me for years in and out of the gym say I look much better and still big I don’t get the big part when weight is low. I just go crazy when I wear my clothes now and my pants are so loose on legs and waist and need a belt to not show my underwear lol. My shirts are loose too. I don’t know I’m just gonna go buy new wardrobe and take it from there.

So I like the look but just need to get use to it.

So I say try the test and eq if you don’t like the look. You can always go back to what you where
