to go from 190 at 8-9% to 149 at 4% you are loosing a shit load of muscle. You are loosing 40 pounds about 10 of which is fat, that means you are loosing 30 pounds of muscle???
haha that is absolutely correct my friend. sucks but i love to wrestle and 49's is where i feel the strongest, quickest, and most healthy (kinda). i lose a few inches on my arms, legs, chest, ect.. but i always gain it back in the off season easy. i love to be big but i love to wrestle. can't have both (at the she time).
