Okay, I have been doing steroids for over 17 years and now I am having problems my blood pressure was 150 over 110. I was 240 without anything back when I was young. I want to come off need help and what to do I don't want to crash.

You been on steroids for 17 years straight with no time off? What does being 240 when you were young have anything to do with any of this?

^this. don't go to an endocrinologist. I made that mistake. make sure it is specifically a TRT doctor.

150 is not horrible, 110 diastolic is bad though. Go to a doctor. Simple as that. Go on a BP med for a little while. As far as not crashing, taper down slowly. Everyone will "crash" to a certain degree with cessation. Keep training and do a ton of cardio. This will help with everything.

I've been juicing beets nightly and tossing them in my smoothies. They are no joke for lowering BP.

This is very little info you are giving us here to try to help.

How old are you?
how much gear did you use?
how long were your cycles?

I am 51 and have been using gear for a little longer than you , also had a slight elevation of BP, so now I cruise on 20 mgs a day and take 20 mgs of Benicar daily for BP and have never crashed.
From time to time I add a little anavar and Primo or Masteron when I need a little boost for extra lean mass.

I have been on and off won the Florida 4 years ago. I am 46 and I don't look it. I have had many injuries from training to heavy. Torn pec and others I keep training. I have a great trainer IFBB Mike Quinn who has done a lot with my body. I need to see a good TRT doctor and get off for a while. Thank you everyone
