i've started a very busy lifestyle and i'm limited to lifting 2-3 days per week mostly weekend and one assistance day mid week. the weekend consists of my power movements as i'm a powerlifter this would be the big three with moderate volume and assistance. i'm 220 lbls roughly 11% and diet consists of weekly about 10 lbs of chicken, ham, beef, many bagels, peanut butter, fruit, etc. i'm pulling about 3.5k clean calories daily mostly proteins. ok now its almost time to cycle again and given my limited time id like to meet these goals.

~cycle history a few orals, some moderate test doses around 500-650, a bit of tren ace but not for long.

-gain lbm
-maintain my rather lean look
-get strong (this is one of the biggest needs as i raw total about 1700 at 220 id like to increase this)
-stay uninjured
-have high energy without lethargy

----to do all this while working ALOT and not getting as much time to train.

cycle options...

test e 1000-1200/wk solo (20wks)

test e 600/wk npp 400-500/wk (16wks)

test e 1000/wk with dbol 45mg per day or var 50-100mg per day(16wks)

i have no competitions coming up but still wanna get the most out of my cycle, could someone get enough out of just the test? it would obviously be the cheapest. also what could i expect from each...

thought about drol but i dont want to look so bloated like i hear happens. that is an option aswell though.
 
test and npp and then add in the anadrol when needed...
