If, per se, someone the age or 18 or 19 wanted to do a cycle to gain maybe 15-20 lbs of PERMANENT mass, at least the bulk of it, how would said person's cycle look exactly? I know this is a very common question and I apologize, I just want to double check the answer. Any help is appreciated.

Well what I have to say you are probably not going to want to hear. At 18 or 19 you're are still very young and have plenty of hormones at very good levels to gain 20lbs! It might seem like a task but you can do it and without AAS! Pretty much your cycle should consist of food, food, and more food! A sound training and diet regimen can do wonders! If you were to take anything I would stick with creatine 5grams pre workout (preferrably a CEE so that it is easily absorbed) with 20-40 grams whey and 5 grams PWO with 40 grams whey and 80-100 grams dextrose. You can also take glutamine and other BCAA's. Leucine is what intially triggers protein sysnthesis, so that is a very good amino to have! Before you go to bed you should take some casein protein so that you can have some aminos floating in your system while you sleep and help your body with the anabolic state! I hope this helps some, I know it most likely won't change your mind.

the cycle should include progressive overload weight training on the basics 3 -4 days a week and a diet with 1g protein per lb and carbs at 2-3 g per lb every day.You are going to have to do this any way to make gains on something so why not have a go and save some dollars till you put on 40lbs.
 
Eat loads of good food for a full year and train DC style. Avoid the juice until you have at least 2 to 3 years of good training and eating habits. Also, you really should not have juice until you are in your early 20s.
