37 yo 5'11 190 11.5%bf enough years training.
Diet and training have been figured out already but I need help with cycle/PCT.
Goal: get strong and lean (size is secondary)
Cycle 1
week 1-12 500mg Test E
Cycle 2
week 1-12 400mg Test E
week 8-12 200mg mast
I am more inclined to do #2 to take advantage of the properties of the Mast in order to keep estrogen down and help to have more free test in my body.
Critique please.
PCT suggestion are more than welcome.
