Been on 500 mg test e and 600 mg EQ for 12+ weeks now. I want to run this cycle for at least 20 weeks.

I am dosing 250 mg test / 300 mg eq every 3 days now. If I am feeling like my body is getting used to these doses would it be better to keep my E3D dosing protocol and increase MG's? Or should I do 250mg test / 300 mg eq every other day so my totals would be 750 mg test e / 900 mg eq per week?

I just feel like my body has gotten used to the doses.....diet / training is still the same.

Showy[/QUOTE Actually if you are doin every 3rd day dosages 250 and 300 it equates to 583 and 700 per week. Anyways i just asked a similar ? and ERL had the answer that at about that time yr body stps and you get that plaetua so was told stop at 12 go to a full 20 not up it

I would stick with the E3D dosing and up the actual dose. There's really no reason to go with more frequent dosing on such long-estered compounds.
 
if it was me and my gains have slowed or stopped, i would cruise for 6 to 8 weeks ,also to rest a little after 12 weeks of hardcore training and then cycle with different compounds ,tren possibly and i would start gaining again

just my opinion after 21 years of training and learning
 
Your eq is probably just getting working really well. I would leave the the eq alone and bump the test for the last 8 weeks.T

Have no idea what your training diet or stats are. so a bit more test may
help your drive and feel in the gym . 600mg is plenty of eq for your cycle length. Watch for headaches(eq) and stay really hydrated. T

I've felt the same way before, however, I don't think increasing the dosages is the answer. Reason being, where do you stop? How high do you go before the sides out way the gains? Your dosages sound fine, I would reevaluate or change your training protocol and or diet. I don't think more is always better.

Agreed!
 
Change your training and shock your body into a new growth spurt. Check your calorie count and quality and adjust that. Upping the dosage is not the answer to every thing in life lol.
