i have been reading and looking around on this board for awhile and am impressed with all of guys on here. i have done 4 cycles in the last 3 years. roughly 1 per year." one was shortened because of an injury.." i have gained alot of muscle size with these and proper lifting. i started at 190lbs and i now weigh 228 as of this am. i am wanting to really develop more and get bigger as i am 6'1 in height. i have read that with aas, it is time off = time on .... would this be a good recomendation to do for me ? i have just finished a 12 week cycle and am looking to go back on in 14 if bloodwork is right. then do a 10 week cycle, off for 12, then back on for 14 .. i guess i am just asking in a long form, is this the proper way to do the cycles or do you guys use a different means of cycling. thanks.
