After reading several post on differant ways to run IGF like either every other day for longer periods or every day for shorter periods got me to wondering about what if you cycled it every other week.
I train everyday though out the week taking the weekends off so I work one body part once a week and I was wondering if any good would come from shooting into the muscle worked everyday for a week then taking a week off , that would give you almost two weeks rest between shots for a particular muscle.
One other question about the dose , I shot 50mcg each shot last time a , I was wondering if one could up the dose and not get to bad of sides or have it wasted if he was bigger , I was told that being 300lbs and 6'3" that I could take 80-100mcg/ed with out having to worry about the muscle not using it and getting shuttled to the gut? any info on this anywhere?
