I was going to give a whole background on everything as to how I got in such bad shape, but long story short, I had a surgery years ago, I stopped training for a long time... last year I went back to drinking heavily and daily, diet went to hell and stopped training altogether...
I decided that I wanted to get in shape this year, get there as fast as I can, I not only hated the way I looked, the drinking was out of control and I was feeling like a total puss because my cortisol levels were extremely high, I was always paranoid and depressed...
I decided to add some gear just for my mood and to lower my cortisol levels from the alcohol withdrawl and did so in March of this year...
April of 2015, I started by cleaning up my diet just a little bit, I also joined a small gym few blocks from my house that just reopened as a Y, it was a community center but had closed for about two years for remodeling...
I started at 185lbs, looking and feeling like shit, 44" waist... and well... see the first picture... that's what I looked like on the first of April...
this is the cycle I decided to do, all D-labs products and i'd also like to make it clear that I am not doing this to promote them, nor any intentions like that, I wasn't compensated for this and this was my idea... I just wanted to try them out because they had a great sale and used exclusively their products so I can see their quality first hand... some of this might sound unorthodox and I know that i'll get a lot of criticism and I know that I didn't follow a lot of 'rules' of cycling but the following is what I did and plan on doing:
(around two weeks before I got back in the gym, yes I started gear first, I just wanted to lower my cortisol levels, I was very paranoid and depressed)
wk 1. - 2cc sustanon 2x's week, 2cc eq 2x's week
wk 2. - repeat
back to the gym
wk 3. 40mg tbol daily (never tried tbol wanted to, so I added it in) - plus same as above.
wk 4. repeat above...
I just wanted to feel better with above, lean out a little bit and try to get back my strength and some size...
started real cycle:
Anadrol
sustanon
primobolan
tren acetate
May 1. switched the tbol for anadrol (I bought a pack of 50 so this is how I took it) 1 a-50/day for the first 10 days, then switched to 2/day for the next ten days (i'm still on this until May 30th)
primobolan 100mg/6x's week (mon-saturday)
sustanon 1cc 6x's/week (first two weeks, then switch to test A second two weeks)
tren acetate for the first two weeks 3cc's/wk,(1st 2 wks) then 6cc's/wk. (next 2 wks.)
I'm currently eating clean, I went from 190lbs to 208lbs, my waist went from 44" to 36.5" my chest, arms, delts and legs are a lot bigger now... i'm getting a lot of double takes from everyone in the gym and some of my new clients who just met me a few months ago... I feel strong, aggressive, i'm a lot better with my work, i'm more confident... the clothes feels great on me, i'm going to take a few pictures with the same suits I had on a few months ago for comparison...
The products are great, i'm sure this is the first legitimate anadrol I've taken since the American syntex 29/02's I tried in the early 90's... outstanding products he has!
what I plan on doing starting June 1st for cutting:
add in clen and t-3
Primobolan - increase to 700mg/wk
winstrol oral - drop anadrol switch to winstrol oral at 50mg/day
winstrol inj. - 600mg/wk
first two weeks tren, then switch to masteron next two weeks
it might sound like a lot and a huge cycle for not competing, but it's short, I plan on cruising afterwards... I just wanted to see how fast I could get in shape
as far as my diet:
March I still ate whatever,
april, I cleaned it up a bit and cut back on the drinking to maybe one or two drinks 1-2 times per week with dinner or lunch... I had maybe two cheat days per week...
May I really cleaned up my diet, just eggs, poultry (mostly turkey breast) my carbs were fruits and vegetables, and nuts, I ate a lot of peanuts... I added in a small amount of cardio 5-7 minutes post workout...
June, I plan on eating mostly fish, tuna, salmon, white fish, shrimp for my protein, more broccoli and keep the fruit it...
The above is for entertainment purposes only, not meant as medical advice...
