I agree with you gomcapt. I am four years older than @Dadbod3000 and I wish I look as good as he does. His pictures are inspiring and I know his aspirations is to grow and I wish him well and look forward to seeing his progress and in return seeing mine.

I train I try and eat well I take my vitamins its just like the body doesn't want to grow an ounce anymore. There is no next mutation I cant get back to 25 year old strength and I sure as hell can't get past it its not just the spring in the step the power is not the same the recovery everything more rest smarter training none of it matters. Trying to bodybuild in your 40s Is like trying to swim upstream
