In regards to general health, polyphenols, saponins, flavonoids etc..not mary

what herbal/spice/plant compounds do you ingest on a daily basis and why?

please include supplements outside of the normal food diet as well.

I am switching from Irish sea moss, bladderwrack, burdock root to shijalit (Ayurveda herb)., I have been taking Triphala (Ayurveda herbal blend) for digestion with incredible results.

Unrelated amino acid taurine I just started megadosing again with great results.

I like to cycle between liv 52 and tudca even know tudca isn't herb sourced, I will throw in milk thistle once in a while its inexpesive

carditone works efficiently also. I am taking elderberry as well daily
 
Olive leaf extract - immune, blood pressure, cholesterol
Citrus bergamot - cholesterol
Astragalus - immune, kidneys
Mucuna extract - mood, prolactin control
White thai kratom - preworkout energy
Aged garlic extract - blood pressure
Valerian root - sleep

astragalus is a great adaptogen, kratom is great haven't had it in years until recently a military friend swears by it I had some prewo it was nice
garlic I eat a ton of, what is the benefit of aged garlic? i probably eat 1-2 cloves daily in food
berberine I had good results with, it has a host of other benefits as well
I cook in grapeseed oil , the rest ill look more into. I've seen nattokinase being used on here also

This is my first time hearing of triphala for digestive issues. What has your experience been with it?

The kyolic aged garlic is good for cardiovascular health, i could be wrong but i think the aged has different properties than the fresh

The white thai kratom i use isnt sedating at all, quite the opposite, and provides no pain relief. I take 5-6g about an hour preworkout and the energy is great. Havent built a tolerance after quite a while either.
 
I don't have anything exotic or complicated, just 3 or 4 large garlic a day and a few shots of olive oil.
