I like to keep it relatively simple. There are a few other things I add from time to time when the budget allows it, like Rhodiola Rosea and Acetyl-l-carnitine.

Multi, beta carotene, vit c, milk thistle, vit a, calcium, joint blend (glucosamine, msm, etc), tribulus, vit e, whey, LBAs, gatorade(PWO only), omega 3-6-9s, flaxseed oil, zinc, B-100 complex, digestive enzymes, cranberry extract, glutamine

I do like my supplements :)

I take my multi in the morning, alone with 25,000 IU's of Beta carotene, 300 mgs of calcium, a teaspoon of my joint blend and a teaspoon of glutamine, 1 EFA cap, 1 flax oil cap, 1 trib cap, 1 b complex, 1 vit c digestive enzymes with EVERY meal.

Preworkout i have 6 tbsps LBAs mixed with skim milk.

Post workout I have one scoop of gatorade with 3 scoops of whey,15 grams glutamine, 1 b complex, 1 vit c, 1 vit e, 25 000 IUs beta carotene.

At night i take milk thistle, 50000 IUs beta carotene, 30000 IUs vitamin a, vit c, vit e, EFAs, Flax oil(which is also an efa), a teaspoon of joint blend and a teaspoon of glutamine, cranberry, zinc, calcium, b complex.
 
LBA's Humanofort, Energy X, ZMA.
 
Kre-Alkalyn, tribulus, Fish oil, flaxseed oil, multi, humanofort, glutamine, a variety of ON protein, and lots of food (good food of course! lol)

Kre-Alkalyn looks like the shit. How does it compare to CEE? CEL N Crease looks good with a blend of 4 different creatines, but haven't tried yet. What do you guys use for EFA's ? Flax Oil?

I have really upped my consistency over the last year and a half and rarely miss a day, are rarely run out of things any more like I used to.

Oils are used throughout the day with meals.

All other supps are taken with dinner.

Piracetam and aniracetam are nootropics, or 'smart drugs' which I find help my focus, cognition and to a lesser extent my mood. I take these first thing in the morning upon rising. Here you go:

thanks for the info, that is something i definitely need.. I have such a hard time concentrating and remebering things
