I like to keep it relatively simple. There are a few other things I add from time to time when the budget allows it, like Rhodiola Rosea and Acetyl-l-carnitine.

Kre-Alkalyn-2 caps in the morning before breakfast, 2caps post training with waxy maize and BCAA's.
Oils are used throughout the day with meals.
All other supps are taken with dinner.
Piracetam and aniracetam are nootropics, or 'smart drugs' which I find help my focus, cognition and to a lesser extent my mood. I take these first thing in the morning upon rising. Here you go:
