Ive been lifting for probably close to 10 years, cycling for the last 3 or so. Ive never taken any suppliments out side of a post workout shake, and pre workout. Ive recently had a lot of elbow and shoulder aches and pains and a buddy said to grab some fish oils. Ive been taking 2 a day but they dont seem to make a difference. Ive also been cramping up a good bit lately, my water intake has slipped so im forcing myself to get that back up but ive been thinking maybe I need to add a new daily to the mix also. Would you guys recommend going with a multivitamin or arent there any good multis out there that are tailored enough to what we do?

EDIT: Im sure you guys will ask me what im running. Nothing crazy at all and thats why ive never worried about Vitamins until now, just running an Andropen 275 blend (test Ace, Prop, Phenylprop, Decanoate, and Cypionate) 1mL 3 times a week. Always thought maybe I should be considering something for prostate but havent gotten anything yet. Currently
