Daily Water Intake

i see a lot of "drink when your thirsty posts" which i dont disagree with, but what about eat when your hungry or sleep when your tired? in body building you should eat eat eat. even when your full! fullness is the feeling you get when your body says that enough, but BB's supersede that notion. they eat when full and tend to sleep extra as well. so why not drink a little extra? personally, id rather keep right on top of my thirst so my body never has to tell me in thirsty. also, ive fluctuated my water intake over the years and noticed that any time i do a few weeks binge of just water and no sodas i tend to feel a lot better and my body runs smoother and i wake up more excited. now you may call this placebo, but when you wake up and feel energized and happy you have to ask yourself what am i doing differently lately, oh maybe it is the water? anyways drink a lot and see how you feel, if you feel better placebo or not.. drink away!
