there are hundreds of articles that say dairy is bad for you, then there are hundreds of other articles that say dairy is very good for you... this is just stupid as fuck !

Cup of skim milk in post workout shake and 2 slices cheese every day in bulk mode. Used to eat a lot of cottage cheese. No problem with dairy imo as long as you arent lactose intolerant
 
I drink about a gallon of milk a day, eat a considerable amount of cheese almost every day, add yogurt to probably half of my shakes and so far I haven't seen a problem. I've been doing it over a year with no issues.

I only drink a little less of milk... no issues.

Milk is bad for you only if you can't tolerate lactose.... Otherwise it is one of the best foods out there.

I use a lot of dairy. But I don't do shows and have not reached my diet down weight that I'm looking to achieve.

yep yep , I drink at least 12 oz raw goat milk a day up to 12 weeks out and keep a container of activia yogurt up till about 6 weeks out.

I think this has helped me improve my digestion and immune system alot
 
Dont forget Eggs too! Alot of them too! I used Milk low fat for my Rolled Oats. I also use Olive oil butter! I dont touch the cheese....
 
I love dairy.Half and half in my coffee.Whole or 2% milk with dinner.Sharp cheddar and crackers.Yogurt.Salted butter on veggies and potatoes.One of my favorite cheat snacks is captain crunch with half and half,yuummm!

I'm at around 1/2-1 gallon of 2% milk per day, several things of yogurt per day, huge amounts of cheese (love cheese and pate usually a few of these per week)...

Stay perfectly lean...
 
these foods

1 quart nonfat milk mixed with 100grams pure whey and 80grams egg powder
everyday.some cheese like swiss or sharp chedder once or twice a week.sometimes some yogurt mixed in.as a change up.

When not dieting Greek Yogurt,Whole Milk and Sharp Chedder Cheese.

Diet down? That is just silly, I am a big fat powerlifter haha.

I'm actually pretty lean for a powerlifter but I don't care too much about a little bloat. The gallon of milk thing is something I have done for a long time to help keep my weight up.
 
I eat lots of dairy, raw milk, tons of cheese, raw butter, etc. I do very well on dairy.
 
I use cheese on my sweet potatoes for an easy calorie boost.
