Well this is how my morning cardio session ended yesterday a freaking dog came up and bit me when I was about 20 minutes into morning cardio yesterday. Bastard nipped me on the side of the leg and then bite me in the front. Then had to wait on animal control to make a report. Then 3hrs at the doc office bc animal control said I needed to go to have cleaned and needed anti biotics.

I had the same thing happen when I was out trail running a little over a year ago. Luckily my mma training served me well.and I got a clean Muay Thai kick right on that German Shepards jaw which sent him sailing. I still have a scar on my shin where I connected with him. Now I carry pepper spray

My GF got bit 6mos ago and the person's homeowners insurance paid her medical bills + $400...if I were you I would make sure you send them your medical bills with a nicely written letter (if you have a lawyer friend who will draw one up for free, this will be better) asking them to pay up.

This is my feeling exactly. I've only ever owned 2 dogs, both were loved and a little spoiled and neither was in the slightest bit aggressive, theyd be no good to protect the house but that's not why i had them

Mutt Pit mix was 2 dogs looked almost alike the one had def pit face though.

The funny thing was I am not a small guy and I was wearing a tank top I went to the owners house beating the door a man opened the door I said is that your fucking dog he was like ughhh no it is my moms so I told him and he went in town to track her down to pin them up.The women is like 80yrs old no joke.

The bastard caught me off guard there was 2 of them and they where running back and forth across the road playing they run past me the first time and paid me no attention so the next time they ran up to me kind of from behind I stopped the one nipped me from the side and then I tried to get pepperspray out my pocket and in the process of doing so he had already grabbed the front of my shin.

i got attacked once and had some insane reaction felt like the world was at a stand still and i was able to open a pen i had in my hand and stab the dog in the eye. crazy shit. wish i had the same reflex in hs when i got into fights lol.

I remember being a little kid walking with my parents...a dog ran out and nipped my mom like that...my old man threw a mean punch right to the side of the dogs head...it did two dizzy looking, staggering circles and dropped dead right on the side of the road.

I know this is an old thread, but I am absolutely disgusted by the talk of animal abuse that is going on this thread.

I understand defending yourself, but bragging about stabbing, kicking or punching a dog seems very childish.

The owners are the ones who should be punished.

Shit man, that SUCKS big time!

I hate when dogs go after people...in my area dog owner's have it rough with so many restrictions but people seriously need to learn to take care of their dogs and discipline them properly.

Hopefully there are no complications from the bite and all is well.
