Here is a photo log i was keeping of my progress of getting my ass back in shape after a long lay off from the gym. Had to take a few weeks off of training due to some issues with some gear making me sick as fuck. Anyhow I was getting there and still plan on getting there just waiting for this infection to clear up. Taking anti-biotics right now so its helping.

I am gonna also mention a special thanks to Chris 250 & Magnum for posting Chris's Diet Log and to BigA for having professional muscle up and running still without these 3 things i would still be fat as hell haha...ok maybe im still fat but im getting to where i need to be.

So to the rest of you unmotivated fat bastards i suggest you read that Diet Log Chris250 posted a while back because its pretty much what got me here along with some hard training and good rest.

Keep in mind i had to stop my diet & training the last few weeks due to some intolerable infections some super supps were causing. Otherwise i was gonna continue on for another 7 weeks of dieting. Still will once i get better but shit by then ill be a superchub all over again lol...

great job on the transformation...if you have any questioins, just PM me...Is it just me, or the lighting but in the week 10 pics you look super lean even somewhat leaner than the week 13 pics....

I was depleted in week 10 & carbed up in week 13. I was only carbing up once every 12-14 days versu every 7 like you were. My ass holds a lot of water.

I ate most of the same food you did and the same amounts every 2-2.5 hrs but the main thing i changed was i dropped the salmon & turkey fairly quick. Got sick of those 2 things real fast. Im not a big Salmon guy.

The last 4-5 weeks went with nothing but 96% lean beef & egg whites.

Not sure why you cant see the pic is fairly large but i may be able to make it larger if others are having problems viewing it.

I would continue on once your all better...Also, maybe you need to carb up more often...say try out every 10 days...your metabolism could be slowing down by the 10th day or so...Just a thought...

I am actually starting to feel somewhat better this afternoon finally. A few more days and i should be good to go i hope.

I will give the 10 days a whirl. I was doing 12-14 because like i mentioned before my body tends to hold lots of water. On carb up days i will gain as much as 8-10lbs and it takes me about 4 days or so to get back to where i left off .

I dont eat rediculous size meals but it may be because of the super supps i am taking hee hee. I am using mostly bulking agents while dieting. Seems to keep me nice and strong and a bit fuller the entire time. (I like this)

However, i tend to hold most of my fat in my as and my legs (must get that from momma cause dad has skinny ass legs)

Im the type of guy even when not on anything i can gain weight with just hearing the word carbs especially breads & pastas.

I started this diet around 216lbs of chubbiness and totally out of shape. My low was 185lbs but i like what i look like best at week 13 at 193-195.

Regardless i have a lot more chubbiness to shed off so looking forward to the challenge. We shall see what happens.

the diet break down

This is how i broke down Chris250's Diet for myself however the amounts of beef and turkey etc. all ended up being 8oz versus some of the smaller amounts i wrote down. I was going off his original posting but i actually just split 1lb increments of beef, turkey, etc in 1/2 for my serving sizes. I also dropped the salmon & turkey within the first few weeks couldnt hack them so replaced em with Cod & Beef.

WEEKS 1-2
90% Lean Meat
1 - 6 whole eggs
2- 6oz. lean beef patty with 1 scoop Whey/ 1 tbsp natty peanut butter
3- 8oz. Lean ground turkey w/ salad, 1 tbsp Olive Oil and vinegar
4- same as 2
5- 8oz. Sirloin steak or Salmon
6- same as 1
60 MINUTES CARDIO 5-6 DAYS
TRAIN 5-6 DAYS

WEEKS 3-4 (cut out protein & peanut butter)
93% Lean Meat
1 6 whole eggs
2 7oz. lean ground beef
3 8oz. lean ground turkey with green salad, 1 tbsp olive oil
4 same as meal 2
5 8oz. Sirloin steak or Salmon
6 same as meal 1
60 MINUTES CARDIO 7 DAYS
TRAIN 5-6 DAYS

WEEKS 5-6
93% Lean Meat
MEAL 1 5 WHOLE EGGS
MEAL 2 8OZ. GROUND BEEF
MEAL 3 SAME AS 2
MEAL 4 8OZ. LEAN GROUND TURKEY

I was gonna switch it up for 4 more weeks but only made it through week 13 before i couldnt take the pain, fevers from the bad batches of gear i got. But this will give the rest of you the break down. Kwwp in mind Chris is much bigger than i am but i still used the same amounts of food as he did from what i read.

did u go straight thru with no cheats?

I tried to keep my cheat times to every 12-14 days but i did have a concewrt to go to so one point there was probably a 9-10 day stretch versus 12-14.

The only time i had any carbs was on my cheat days. So no carbs except cheat day and they mostly came from breads, pastas, rice, and some juice cause i only drank water otherwise.

to be honest I am not sure what my bf% was but definitely the fattest and most out of shape I had ever been before lol... Probably 20%bf or something is my guess. My weight was 216lbs @ 5'10'' in the 1st week. Week 13, I was 193lbs carbed up. My low was 185-186lbs that was week 11 pics.

The high protein diet and use of red meat really kept my strength up and even got stronger with some lifts. However by week 8-9 my endurance was definitely starting to go down some.

I plan to start back on the diet next week and go for another 8-12 weeks and see where I am then. Finally starting to fel better now. However my weight is up to around 198 now but I've been completely of the diet an eating carbs for the last 3-4 weeks.

Never really hungry cause I'm eating the beef every 2-2.5 hrs and I fill up on water with each meal. I drink about 1.5-2 galons of water a day. As for fat burners I use Yellow Bullets. ( without them my energy levels were really low in the beginning until my body got used to burning fat for energy vs carbs. The only other supplements I used outside of super supps were. Creatine, Glutamine, Aminos, and multi vitamins. Oh and I would also have a diet rockstar sometimes in addition to my yellow bullets. The Rockstars have lots vitamins & minerals as well and they use splenda as it's sugar alternative. I never took more than 1 yelow bullet a day though always first thing in the morning.

Congrates on peeling off 30# or so and sorry to here about the infection.

You keep calling yourself chubby. I dont get that part. I hope you are able to view your look as a "fuller you" or a in shape "cut you". Something all of us BB come to terms with sooner or later is. Holding the "look" is difficult. Yeah, we are bigger then any peers and have good shape. You just can't live a real life and carry that ripped look. Well, maybe the younger guys can.

After looking at your diet I can't help to think how hard your body was working to digest all that protein. In my experience having complete complex carbs, veggies with total whole nutrition in your meal plan makes for losing body fat easier. It helps keep your metabolism up and running. You just have to have the macros right.

I know there is more then one way to "skin a cat" . My concerns are with meal plans like this the rebound once you go back to normal eating will be greater then you like. Specially if breads and pasta are carbs of choice.

When you drop weight eating a calories dense diet that is portion and calorie controlled it is easier to transition back to your "normal" lifestyle.

Please dont think I'm slamming this method of dieting it has been done for time out of mind. Yes, it works no question. I try to step back and look to see how I can help some of my people in a longer term approach. So, that is where I am coming from.

You set out to reach a goal and did it. Good job,
