Damn pretty painful elbow joint pain.

Started to get real painful lately could not finished my chest and back split today.

Currently 5 weeks into my contest prep and I am on.

test e 500mg a week plus 50mg of dbol ed and taking .25mg of adex.
Dropping dbol and starting tren ace/winny. Leading into last 4 weeks of prep.:st:r-wars


I am on plenty of bcaa,fish oils/flax oils,water at 2gallons a day all my vitamins and glucosamine 1500mg,chondroitin 800mg and msm 750mg.

I have no clue what is causing it? My last cycle I never had this pain. Today it got pretty sever.


Any ideas what I should do? Lower my weight increase reps?
 
Your elbow is injured..simple.

The only way to heal a joint, tendon/ligament injury is to not use it in weight training...less weight and higher reps is not rest...its an excuse.

But I'm sure you wont listen to your body until you really do injure yourself and are unable to weight train at all.

Same thing happened not long ago with Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates ended his career because he kept pushing and pushing.

Now you have those who do listen to their bodies and avoid major injuries, people like Jay Cutler.
Rest it or down the road, you will be given no choice but to rest it..along with some surgery.

Well I guess I am off to work on cavs and legs for the next week while I heal my elbow. Plus cardio.

If I'm not mistaken...it takes 4000mg per day(assuming your product is high quality) for glucosamine to even start working correctly.
 
Rest is just about the only thing you can do. I would not do anything that stresses that join until you can move it and use it in everyday activities with no pain at all. Then when you start back youll need to go light weight with higher reps to test the waters so to say. If you can do the exercise with a weight and have no pain during and days later after training then you can increase the weight slowly.
Another thing you have to consider is why the elbow got so sore/injured to begin with. Was it something such as poor form or overtraining? I would look closely at what you were doing that was different than how you used to train before it got sore. If everything was the same it might just be a matter of you increasing resistance too fast. Perhpas after going on cycle your muscular strength picked up fast and you started to pile on the weight? In cases like that it might be that your connective tissues couldnt keep up with the muscular growth. Sometimes you have to hold yourself back some and give those ligaments and tendons time to strengthen.
