actually i scanned it years ago (2003) and posted it on demonoid when it was only a few months old. demonoid is consistently down and/or losing data so i am currently uploading some valuable (IMO) items to filehosters like megaupload

i am glad people find it useful

i'll try to post links to items that people here might find useful

Iv read it myself , The only thing Dan left out was how much Protein to consume during to carb restriction. Later in an artical he
admitied he lift it out and it was 2 grams per pound of body weight.

Ive got the original book, bought it when it first came out , seems like ages ago and took for ever to find a copy. Anyone willing to trade a book for a book ill let it go. Hell ive got it memorized from reading it so many times. We can work something out PM m if you need it. There were also a few other things Dan left out . I kept it all together in a folder, ill give itup with the book.
