Hi guys, Do you know this guys ?
He's very lean year round, very very round, incredible mid section for his size.
He just turned pro and he's on 310lbs road.

Cardio every day or EOD, workout5-6/7.
Diet : only eggs, chicken and tuna for protein and carbs rice cake or rice/potates.
He's very low on carb year around, and increase carbs slowly on bulk. Only clean food.
I very curious about his chemical protocols bit im sure he's very basic.
thoughts ?
