Per Big A in the "pic you took today thread". I'm in absolute shock. He was one of the guys I talked to a lot here. I don't even know if this is a tribute thread or just a thread to share your shock of the news. We can do a tribute later...I'm just in shock now. Total shock. Per @Big A he passed away on 3/3, funeral was 3/10.

Truly one of the biggest losses we've seen on this board.

If someone gets this up before me and this is a duplicate thread mods feel free to delete.

Just...wow...total shock.

I'm way past my prime in this (although not much older than him) and we didn't have a lot in common but he reached out a little over a year ago and we just started kind of becoming "friends". I'm really shook up about this one. I wasn't as close as @bbxtreme and some others here who truly were real friends so have no clue what happened.

For me, this is the hardest of the many deaths I've seen from people that I have loosely known online.

Wow gone like that...his last post on here was on Feb 28th then 3 days later gone. Life is indeed way too short and that gives me pause as well. Be smart in this game!

I'm nearly 61 and had my share of loss as well over the years. 38 is way too young to leave us but he was called home...

He was a valuable contributor here, loved, lived and died by the lifestyle, and is gone way too soon.

I still don’t believe it wtf… feel like I just saw him posting the other day, but was also curious where he’s been the last few days. That’s fucked man…

Do they know what the cause of death was?

The screwed thing is it takes moments like these for us to really stop and think about life...All it takes is one blink of an eye and the book is finished, at any moment.

We weren't created to live in the stop-and-go traffic of society - Get out there and live life every minute you can...Make it a point to enjoy what you do and who you're around!

38 is too young, many of us weren't even really getting into life until around that age...But honestly so is 76 - it will never be enough time, so write a good book while you can!

I was actually just looking at that post. Really scary, I do wonder if he had a feeling something was going on, but his love for the sport was too strong to scale back. Maybe it’s just me, but he seemed a little different the past few months compared to older posts, almost robot-like.
