dart through a tat?

Lets say one wanted to inject a med or drug through skin that had a tattoo on it. Would this be a problem? Would ink leak? Just wonder if anyone had any experience with this.

Its ok to shot in a tat, unless you just had it done a few days ago.

Try not to do it too often and when you do, use a pin with a fairly large guage!
