For the last 2 months, I've been using HGH 2-3iu in the morning and ghrp-6 100mcg 2-3x in the afternoon/evening. I've seen a number of recommendations regarding frequency of HGH (including eod, 3x/week, etc.) What would you recommend for a solid protocol for the two drugs that will contribute to lean mass and keep my bodyfat low? Assume I would be willing to use an average of 3-4iu HGH/ed.

I would assume before you get a response you will need to provide your diet your stats and your goals. Just my .02.

I believe he has already answered this question in his thread. But I have read his thread and I'm still wondering how to add a little HGH to the peptides. But I aint no scientist and some of his writing goes 50,000 feet over my head. I'm looking for a dumbed down version of Dat.
 
basic thought from his thread on this was that 1-2iu of gh added 20 minutes or so after GHRP is probably the best way to use it as your body will have started a normal pulse, and not "notice" the extra GH as much, so you'll minimize suppression of natural gh levels, but have higher peaks.
 
wow, that thread is a long read. lol I'd have to study it like I would for a college final! :eek:

dont expect to stay lean off peptides and a little gh eating shit bro, if you cheat dont eat two full shitty meals in one day unless you have a fast matabolism already. This is only my opinion.

I love alternate day fasting.

I eat whatever I want and large amounts of it EOD and still stay super lean.

I'm not going to write it up because most people are programmed into believing they have to eat routinely to grow muscle...

...I just barely mention it because you are a friend and I'll shut up because this is the type of thing that would make me the best trainer on the planet. Something I have no intention of ever doing/being. :)

Am 45 yrs. old and eat whatever I want (seems like it anyhow) with little worry about seeing any changes in BF. Daily meals hold no specific pattern though - some days are quality foods, others,...not even close.
But talk about confusion,....my body has no clue what to expect. Yet none of this is on purpose - I simply eat what I want in a resonable fashion.

I do 2-3 x ED GRP/GHRH & 3 x ED HGH.
HGH is rotated from large doses (10IU of quality GH - which is barely tollerated) one day to maybe 3-5IU the following.
IGF-1LR3 is thrown in the mix every 3rd day to dwarf insulin resistance created by the HGH.
A simple 5% Test cream is also used 1-2x ED which seems to target any would-be fat in my abdominal region - this is noticed when I back off of it for a bit, but then restart.
Besides regular vitamins, B-12 injections E3D.

Because I am more than pleased with my results - I've never needed to start tweaking this regimen.

I've read quite a bit about the countless benefits of fasting. Apparently there's somethin' to it, huh Dat?

kinda related?.....a friend of mine relayed some questions from a moron who asked him, one of which was,,,,what will make me grow muscle and yet keep the cut? we both thought taht was some hilarious stuff....because that guy who asked the questions is like 6'7'' doesnt train legs doesnt watch what he eats and wants to gear up (test/eq/anadrol first cycle) because he got beat up by the bouncers and wants to go back there big hahahahhah ahh man i hope he gets stabbed. okay this is totally not related to the topic,,,sorry.

If I had it all to do over again I would not have used any androgens. Unfortunately for me I discovered I liked experimenting to acquire knowledge more then mass. :)

I think the best physiques are bodies that you can do all sorts of fitness things in from martial arts to hiking... strong & sleek.

We talked about that before. I'm glad you are finding that being natural actually makes you a stronger well-rounded person. I'll bet you feel better as well.

As for natural GH release instigated by GHRH/GHRPs. That is something I am very happy to have stumbled on to and I'll use them at low dose for the rest of my life.

As for your friend's friend... he is like a lot of people many who come to this board. They are in it for the short haul. They just don't know it. By the time they get to my age most will barely remember what a weight room looks like and their body won't be anything you'd want to inhabit.

Hey did you see the guy in this forum who was thinking about using 60iu EOD of GH? :D

Speaking of morons I saw a guy struggle w/ 135 on bench the other day. He barely reracks the weight but the racks are on different levels so the bar is lop-sided. He doesn't notice and starts doing push ups next to the bench.

The problem is he didn't use collars and the 45 pound plate was in danger of sliding off and crushing his skull. So I run over and stop the 45 plate from falling off.... and he gets up and says "I'm all done. You can have the bench" and walks away oblivious. :rolleyes:

Dat, are you extremely hungry on your fasting days? What about genetics? All morphs respond well to this? I have the same goals that you in that I strive to build a long, strong, agile body. I have to really watch carbs but I replace with fats to get my calories. Alt day fasting work for insulin insensitivity like I have?
