Taken from another fitness board where I saw the ultimate ambiguous question this guy said. It's been dubbed the "no gym for home" statement.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

If so what is a safe bet for spacing them apart to get benefits of both?

Is a fasted am exo gh shot (say 4ius) and a GHRP-6 & CJC-1295 combo prebed spaced sufficiently that they will not interfere?

Thanks for offering to help the non scientists. Is there any reason to believe the peptides would cause greater water retention than synthetic GH? (at approximately equivalent dosing)

easy answer, if you are doing ghrp6/cjc1295 prebed, take the exogenous about 20 minutes after those.

easy answer, if you are doing ghrp6/cjc1295 prebed, take the exogenous about 20 minutes after those.

What about interference of one with the other? I am assuming you could do it the way you described but not the other way around (ie exogenous first and ghrp6/cjc1295 after).

Depends on the timing and amounts... even then the interference would only be a blunting effect.

Administer GHRP-6 & CJC-1295 then wait 20 minutes and administer 2iu to 4 iu of GH IF you intend to do this dosing scheme again 3-5 hours later. ...or as much GH as you want if you will only do this dosing scheme once.

Yes. GH also initiates IGF-1 creation in the brain which can inhibit GHRH release and amplify somatostatin release. Administering GHRH bypasses that deficit at the hypothalamus and GHRP-6 helps overcome systemic IGF-1 blunting at the pituitary. Even so a good 4 hours of spacing greatly reduces and 16 hours eliminates IGF-1 blunting.

while take CJC-1295 without the DAC and ghrp at 100 each three times a day what to you think the GH levels would be at in a 24 hour period? assuming its taking properly?

and if you drink alcohol while on those what could happen?
 
Why do you believe the type of carbohydrate source is not important PWO? When there are studies showing the benefits of Waxy Maize Starch (passing thru the stomach faster and allowing restoration of glycogen faster)

There is water, glycogen, minerals, blood vessels, capillaries, etc., etc. By using these High molecular weight carbohydrate powders, you can quickly draw the carbohydrate up into your muscles, along with water, and the cell volumizing nutrients you take along with it. With the faster glycogen restoration, you can decrease catabolism after a workout, and speed up the potential for synthesizing protein as new muscle. In plain English, the result is more muscle."

So does the faster restoration of glycogen stores have an anabolic effect.. Not sure, but, I don't think so... But when you take GH before your shake.. Yes.. There is an anabolic response.. And from the information.. a better one because of better and faster nutrient uptake..

That is my question if you take a high gi shake post wo then pin gh will you get same or close to the same effect as if you were using insulin?
