Hey whats up guys, I've been doing as much research as possible to dial everything in for my upcoming contest (currently 6 weeks out). I am currently running

350mg EW Test P (50mg ED AM)
350mg EW Tren Ace (50mg ED Pre Workout)
350mg EW Mast Prop (50mg ED Pre Workout)
350mg EW Winstrol (50mg ED Pre Workout)
25mcg T4 ED AM
9mg Yohimbine HCL ED Pre Workout
800mg Injec L- Carnitine ED Pre workout
.5mg Adex ED AM

Gradually I'll be bumping up the Tren, Mast, Winny, and lowering the Test p to 200mg then pull it out 1 to 2 weeks out.

Do you guys think that taking 1 Adrol 50 up until two weeks out would be beneficial in any way?

Is Tren better for filling you out than halo?

why stack t3 with clen? isnt clen strong enough on its own? if you use t4 can you keep your t3 levels on the higher side of normal without going to high and eating muscle?

I think your current cycle is solid, run it into the show IMO, increase adex to 1mg at some point.

Dorian said no one needs more than 200. he did between 150-225 at his absolute highest tren dose.

I’ve always been listening to Phil Heath on how to train arms. Haven’t hit em but once every 3 months..for some reason they haven’t grown like Phil’s.. how strange.
 
idk my bloodwork was better on 800mg tren with trt test than 500-700mg test with under 200 tren- sides are extremely minimal for me and some of them being positives in my eyes on the high tren low test. Not trying to say increase dose or that tren is healthy- just voicing how I like running tren and personally will never run it again with anything more than trt dosages of test.
 
Pretty much the same cycle I run the last 8 weeks. I agree with the above that the t4 dosage is low. I'd do 100mcg to 150mcg if I was going to use it. I couldn't stand using that much L-carnitine but more power to you.
 
50-60mcg t3? No thanks. 25mcg is plenty. Maybe 37.5 last 3 weeks TOPSSSS

I just assumed that if i kept the t4 dose lower it would help keep my t3 in the normal/high normal range. I don't want to increase my t4 so high that it makes my t3 go through the roof. Last year i took t3 and it made me flat as a pancake and basically ate up all my muscle.

I read that when you take clen it makes t4 more effective or something along those lines. Bout to start clen next week mon which makes me 5 weeks out.

The Injectable L-Carnitine is 400mg per ml so it's not that bad. Just a bit of a sting after you shoot.

Anyone ever use Drol once a week durring contest prep? I heard Ameen Alai talk about how he used it twice a week durring prep and the rest of the days he ran anabolics.
 
I haven't been using GH because I don't have an affordable trustworthy domestic supplier. Could I use MK677 and have the same fat burning muscle preserving effects?

My goal is to come in as conditioned as possible but on the day of the show i want to fill out and look 3d. Is GH crucial for this or would the tren work just as good? I'm throwing in Caber the last week or two before the show to make sure i don't hold water from the tren.

If i could find it I would use superdrol or halo the last week of the show.
 
Bro the cycle is the simple part....the hard part is the dieting. That will make you look conditioned. Cycle looks good maybe throw in halo or anavar toward the end and increase the ADEX if you have the funds but not necessary.

Focus on getting shredded with the diet, carb up without spilling over, and cut your water way back 1-2 days before the show if you want. Again not necessary.

DIET and suffering should be the focus here. Good luck!

Anyone can eat a ton of food and feel amazing, have loads of energy, and go train. That is the easy part.

Contest prep when you are eating 2,000 calories a day, doing 30-60 minutes of cardio fasted, on 150 g of carbs, can barely function at work and are exhausted all the time, and still having to go hard in the gym.....that’s what separates the champion from the loser. Don’t cheat on your diet and stay 100 if you want to win. Worrying about GH or taking anadrol EOD 2 weeks out isn’t going to do shit for you. Focus on the diet and embrace the suffering.
