Mike, I know from prior conversations your a big proponent of berberine...Obviously everybody is quite different with these things, but what would be a good basic starting point to keep insulin sensitivty as high as possible for the average guy running mild doses of GH and Slin. Say maybe
5 ius/ day GH and Hum-R PreWO at 15 ius 4x/week. How could we best use berberine here, say cals were just slightly above maintance if that makes any difference....Berberine AM/PM daily? or on off days only? Berberine has worked well for me, but I'd be interested to hear what the "optimal" way is....
