I pointed out hes against periodization...whoch i think is dogmatic and simply not true.
I pointed out periodization issue because the way he talks about wsb youd think it was the only way...and its not. For better or worse just about anu sysyem can work...benching once a week to benching five days a week heavy ala jim williams.
Dont care though ...this is mostly a drug board not a pl board so waste of time discussing pl training and arguing about how many great lifters dont follow wsb
Blah blah.
I guess alot comes down to if youre meant to be strong you can get pretty damn strong training "wrong".
