Maybe not for the next 100 years but for the foreseable future, undoubtedly....Yep, Justin is consistent and actually no wonder why he repe Himself over and over again- there’s nothing new to say. ITS ALL COMES DOWN TO BASIC THERE, NOW, AND IN THE NEAREST 100 YEARS
I don't think that physiology of the human body gonna change that much in terms of simple thermodynamics... I think you still gonna simple train hard, eat well, and rest as much as you can to get huge/lean .Maybe not for the next 100 years but for the foreseable future, undoubtedly....
From the last 30 years of bodybuilding almost nothing change. Wanna grow? high test+anabolic+shit ton of food+hard training. Wanna get peeled? Lowet test, higher anabolics, less food, still hard training. There are many protocols, ideas of using a certain families of drugs in the certain magical mix, using peptide etc and? Still those who are seriously look like they are bodybuild stick to the basics, and those who looking for a holy grail are small AF.Thermodynamics won't change. Biochemistry might. Or more accurately, pharmacological manipulation of biochemical pathways. The exogenous compounds we use in bodybuilding are meant to enhance normal biological processes, within the confines of the underlying physics.
You make it by the hand or use some app for that? Would really love to do timestamps for my podcast but the IA stuff just cant handle this sh*t properelyI'll check out any interview Justin Harris does but this goof who interviewed him (it wasn't Dave Tate) was painful to listen to.
