I read through the lawsuit, and I am certainly not defending David because they suck, but from my understanding of how Epogee works...It is not digested by the body, yet when you burn it in a bomb calorimeter it still burns like normal fat. So from what it appears confusing because the FDA is going to have to make them list it like it is normal fat, but that doesn't mean your digesting it like normal fat. I think it might end up being similar to the "net carb" listing. You still have to list the full carb load, but you can list net carb after fiber is subtracted.
