no way my fat ass is putting pics up, bvut i do i have pics from the scale today. 2 different ones incase one was off, the one that read more is most likely more accurate. i was weighed and had measurements last week at muscletech and i was 235, and 11.6%BF according to calipers.

I woke up this morning and hoped on the scale butt naked and finally im losing a couple of pounds, i was 237 and last week i was 240, so finally im dropping a lil, but damn its going to be hell going to 198, ha ha at least someone else gets to feel my pain

Yea im lean bug Bboy is twice my size lol. I honestly dont know why hes tryin to make LHWT when hes heavier than me and were both doin the same show. You are packin the muscle to go HWT bro. LHWT your gonna lose muscle to make it, probably a good 5-10lbs of it. If i have good idea of how DB looks, hes probably gona drop muscle to make it as well. Last time we competed was 2yrs ago as LHWT's and he was in the 190's. I say hit it fuckin hard and weigh in around 210 peeled and full as fuck. You guys are both like 5'5 5'6...you will look thick as fuck at HWT.
