3.5 weeks out
these pics are from monday, after legs. my weight has been holding between 200-203 the whole time, so im down about 7-10 pounds so far this prep. cardio is high, 45 am and pm, and has been for a while. my legs are starting to get real tired. i have had planned cheat meals the last 2 weeks in a row. and from what i understand i can have one this week as well. i had small pizza and ben and jerrys both times. i might opt for a lesser dessert item this time. i really need to make time to pose. for some reason it gives me anxiety.
