here are a few pics from early this morning. i weighed 191. im competing in midwts at the golds. im probably going to compete two weeks earlier, oct 15 as a light heavy. anyone doing the golds?

thanks for the encouragement. only problem is trop isnt here to take the ice cream out of my mouth. i had a bad night last night. i swear im better off going out, and at least trying not to drink, then staying in and trying not eat.

I think about the fact that I don't want to be "that guy" at the show. Cmon man just do what you have to do. Lay off the crap food and stick to what you are suppose to eat. If this all really matters to you then you will stick to your diet and not cheat.

stay focused and stick with trops plan, its easy hell its tooooo easy! yea contest dieting gets a little old but you will be able to let loose soon it will all be over soon then you will enjoy that ben and jerrys even more. hell i loved trops diet and thought it was pretty damn easy not to cheat. keep grinding and STAY FOCUSED!
