here are a few pics from the golds classic in nj, 10/29/05. i won the open lightheavies @183. i had a good time and met a few people from PM. i know, some of my posing sucks, just something else to work on for the '06 version. ill be moving up to a more serious LH, hoping to come in around 195 for the jr nats.

yeah bro, im very happy with Trop and our work. it was the first time working together. i contacted him apprx 12 weeks out and it to a few weeks to get adjusted. we will def be working together this offseason, getting ready for some national shows.

we should be meeting at the jr nats in june, i think youll be competing?? uh oh, maybe even the same weight class. go easy on me bro, it will be my first time out.

I won't be doing jr's, i did them last year and was satisfied with my placing (second) and will be doing nationals next november in miami beach fl.
I guess your having a pretty productive offseason huh? post some offseason shots when you get a chance, i know trop wants you at the top end of the light heavies huh? work your ass off this offseason and nail the diet and you will be just fine at jr's bro. Good Luck!

Competif bodybuilding is all about improvement. He looked big and great shape but he probaly knows that and hear that all the time in the gym etc.

This is a discussion board and you can give your opinion as long as you don't flame somebody.In my eyes the waist looks a bit with. Espicialy in this picture.

I can just ignore it but critize with foundation is aloud so i see no problem with my commet.

If its genetic there is nothing he can do about it if its not i am just saying to watch out with the sups.
