db006 T-Bar rows 8 plates and a 25 x 10

VERY impressed.

I stopped using 45's last year, as i felt it was more of a lower back exercise with a little shrug than a pure back movement. Although im sure it thickens you up like HELL. My lower back is much happier with the first 3 plates being 25's (then load the 45s) for a longer range of motion and lighter load. I think my back looks better doing it too....

Your lower back is hella strong for being 5'6 and able to stay upright with that! Whats your weight up to now? Any shows coming up?

Hey, you guys realize he is only about 220-230lbs right? Trey Brewer uses 9 and Cutler uses 10...both at 320lbs!

actually i was 219 with clothes on after lifting last night at the gym, on there new digital scale. im looking to add 10 -12 more before i start dieting for the nats in july.

Looks like your back on track and healthy again.

my diet still isnt up to speed. im probably not got be able to get much big eating in from now til july due to my schedule, so ill take 18-20 weeks from then to grow into the nats.

next t bar session ill get a much better video, with more weight.:D

i just got 495 for 12(work set)(easy)....then 315 x 26 for the widow....ass to grass.... next session i will tape it for sure!!

heres 635 in feburary, albeit a little high, im not used to no mirror and those racks, i was getting ready to attempt 700 but the dude right before me had a major accident, something you wouldnt want to witness and that was that. i def had though, especially in the mirror.

this was a little in house total night scored by the wilkes formula.

wow then i won't be squatting 605 for 8 reps, in fear of making you look like a lil girl ;) ;)
naw actually since i switched up workouts, that would probably crush my knees right now, training a lil more volume right now :) when i was doing Big A's workout i got up to squatting 605 for 8 and then my nose started bleeding like a stuck pig!!!!

LOLOL Jesus Dave, it looked harder going down than coming up. That 635 looked like it was 135 coming out of the hole for you. Thats kind of scary when that looks so light on someone.

that was an impressive squat but why the hell do it outside of a squat rack, no way in hell i would do that. anyone remember the jon pierre fux pictures. aint worth it, stay in the rack and set the pins.
